For all cancellation refunds you will need to inform us prior to your arrival in Sri Lanka. For cancellations made with full 3 days notice we will refund 90% of your payment subject to a minimum of a $10 charge. For all cancellations less than full 3 days notice we will refund all payments less than our costs which may include bookings lost, if any. We will at all times provide you a fair and a transparent settlement.
